Course Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your place on any training course.
Booking Process
To book a place on a training course, the online form must be completed and submitted.
Completion of the booking process and acceptance of the terms and conditions forms your contract with Julia Dyer Children's Physiotherapy Practice.
Payment of Course Fees
When you book a course place, you will receive an invoice by email within 5 working days.
We require full payment of the fees within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Cancellation and Variation of Training Courses
We reserve the right to change advertised details of training courses. If we have to cancel a course, we will inform all participants at least two weeks before the course is due to take place. We will reimburse all course fees paid, but we are unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as travel and accommodation.
Cancellation of Bookings
Places on all training courses are limited. We therefore ask you to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a booking.
Substitution of a participant can be made at any time without incurring any charge. Please inform us by email of any substitutions.
If you have to cancel a place, cancellation charges will apply as below. Cancellation charges depend on when we receive your written/emailed cancellation notice:
- If the place is cancelled more than 28 days before the course date, we will refund 50 % of the course fees. If the invoice is unpaid at the time of cancellation, you will be liable for 50 % of the course fee.
- For bookings cancelled less than 28 days before the course date or for 'non-attendance', no refund will be made. If the invoice is unpaid at the time of cancellation, you will still be liable for 100% of the course fee.
Non-attendance
Non-attendance at the course due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not give rise to the right to a refund.
Data Protection
Your personal information will be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never share your details with external agents.
