Course Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your place on any training course
To book a place on a training course, the online form must be completed and submitted.
Completion of the booking process and acceptance of the terms and conditions forms your contract with Julia Dyer Children’s Physiotherapy Practice.
Payment of Course Fees
When you book a course place, you will receive an invoice by email within 5 working days.
We require full payment of the fees within 30 days from the date of the invoice, or in the case of late course bookings 5 working days before the course date.
Cancellation and Variation of Training Courses
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the course as advertised. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the advertised details of training courses.
If in the unlikely event we have to cancel a course, we will reimburse all course fees paid, but we are unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as travel and accommodation.
Julia Dyer Children’s Physiotherapy Practice will not accept liability for any costs or losses incurred by participants or organisations which are claimed to have arisen through course cancellation, other than for those stated here. You are strongly advised to take out insurance against cancellation of any course if your costs such as travel and accommodation are likely to be substantial.
Cancellation of Bookings
Places on all training courses are limited. We therefore ask you to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a booking.
Substitution of a participant can be made at any time without incurring any charge. Please inform us by email of any substitutions.
If you have to cancel a place, cancellation charges will apply as below. Cancellation charges depend on when we receive your written/emailed cancellation notice:
- If the place is cancelled more than 28 days before the course date, we will refund 50 % of the course fees. If the invoice is unpaid at the time of cancellation, you will be liable for 50 % of the course fee.
- For bookings cancelled less than 28 days before the course date or for ‘non-attendance’, no refund will be made. If the invoice is unpaid at the time of cancellation, you will still be liable for 100% of the course fee.
Non-attendance at the course due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not give rise to the right to a refund.
